SALON 716 NY REOPENING GUIDELINES

We are currently not accepting walk-ins by appointment ONLY please call first 

Upon arrival to your appointment please call the salon to notify us that you are here and stay in your car or outside we will let you know when your provider is ready 

Please limit your belongings necessities only if possible (phone, payment, keys) 

All beverage service, magazines, hot stones and hand massages are suspended 

Masks are to be worn at all times in the salon 

If you do not have a mask you can purchase one from us for $2.00 (limit 1 per customer) 

Guests and providers will be required to wash/sanitize their hands before and after your service 

Please come alone to your appointment no additional company unless required by age or disability 

A new cancellation policy is in effect if you do not cancel more than 24 hours in advance NOT RELATED TO ILLNESS you will be charged half your service 

Again if you are SICK or feeling ILL we will not hold this against you please cancel to keep us and our guests safe 

Your temperature will be taken with a touchless thermometer and a health questionnaire waiver will be completed before the start of your appointment (appointment will be rescheduled if your temperature is 100 or higher)

CHANGES IN THE SALON FOR THE NEW NORMAL 

All of our team will be health screened everyday 

Our NYS safety plan will be placed on our reception desk for anyone who would like to see it (it’s also laminated so we can disinfect) 

Our reception desk, stations and restroom will each have a hand sanitizer ready for you 

Our waiting area and retail shelves are currently closed but product purchase is still available 

Our nail station has been moved to the front to create room for safe social distancing 

Our stylists stations are now divided by plexiglass

Your service provider will be gives 15 minutes after each appointment to properly clean their space 

Our makeup unit and testers are currently not in use 

All hand towels in our restroom have been replaced with a touchless paper towel dispenser 

An Ozone machine will sanitize our estheticians treatment room at the end of each night 

The salon will be sprayed with Virucide at the end of each night after the salon has been cleaned

We have followed all state mandates and taken extra precautions with our cleaning procedures to protect our guests and employees. Please note that the salon is not responsible for any COVID-19 related illness. We thank you for your patience and understanding.
